This 1.5 hour session dives into the importance of positive feedback, how to deliver constructive feedback, and how to get the most out of feedback when on the receiving end. Attendees will learn strategies for communicating with both candor and consideration, observe role-play scenarios, gain practical tips for having hard conversations, and leave feeling better equipped to both give and receive meaningful feedback.

My Background
Anne Foreman and Steph Mann spent the majority of their careers in marketing roles.
